Terms of Service

An order is accepted once we confirm it in writing. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price or specification is listed in error, or payment cannot be verified.

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Quotes for custom work are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Wood is a natural material: grain, color, and figure vary between pieces, and finish samples are representative rather than exact. Dimensions are held to normal shop tolerances. Approved specifications are final once production begins.

We warrant our workmanship against defects in materials and construction for one year from delivery under normal residential use. The warranty does not cover normal wear, moisture damage, improper installation, or modifications made after delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

Product photography, copy, and designs on this site are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
