Shipping Policy

Our pieces are large and heavy, so they ship palletized by LTL freight rather than parcel carriers. Every shipment leaves our Chicago shop crated and strapped to a pallet.

Plan on approximately 10–14 business days from order to delivery. The freight carrier calls you to schedule a delivery window before they arrive.

Curbside means the driver brings the pallet to the curb or driveway at your address. It does not include carrying items inside, up stairs, or unpacking. Please arrange help to move the piece indoors.

All shipments include shipping insurance against damage in transit. Inspect the crate before signing the delivery receipt. If you see damage, note it on the receipt and photograph it, then contact us within 48 hours so we can file the claim and get a replacement moving.

We ship throughout the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or anything outside the US, submit a request and we'll quote freight separately.
